Once I place an order can I edit it?

Yes, but not online. If you place an order online and need to add or remove anything from the order, simply contact us by phone or email to make the change

Will my order history be available, next time I need to order?

Yes, your account and past orders will be stored for your reference.

Is there a minimum order?

No, we have no minimum order, but to qualify for free shipping your order total must exceed $150.

Are your products made and sourced in the US?

Yes. All of our products are made in our own facility in New Jersey and our ingredients are sourced exclusively in the US.

Is Shipping free on all orders over $150

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders over $150 within the continental US. We do not offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

How do you handle returns?

Dr. Harvey’s has a complete money-back guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason a customer returns a product or if you are unhappy with a product, we will take the product back. The product must be returned to us, even if opened for a credit or replacement product. We will replace products for up to 60 days from date of sale. If you want to return a product, please contact us so we can help you through the process.

How does our store get listed on Dr.Harvey’s store locator?

When you have set up your wholesale account and have place your first order, we will list you on our store locator. This allows customers to locate your store by zip code. We have a very website and the store locator helps to bring customers into your store.
