Ingredients

1. 2 Cups Pears
2. 2 Cups Celery
3. 1 Cup Kefir. If you don't have kefir, use 3/4 cup of plain yogurt thinned with 1/4 cup of milk
4. 2 Cups Spinach

Directions

1. Clean and chop fruit and Veggies.

2. Add fruit, veggies and kefir to a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.

3. Pour into a fun mold or ice cube tray.

5. Stir.

6. Freeze. Wait for at least 3 hours or until firm.
